Are the products pictured the exact colour, style and actual size?
We aim to provide accurate information, however, computer monitors vary which makes it impossible to show an exact colour & size image on the Internet. We do however provide detailed measurements wherever possible and endeavour to show each piece worn by a model. If I am not satisfied with my purchase, how can I send back items for return, refund or exchange?
If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit. You must not remove any tags from the products. If tags have been removed the jewellery will be deemed as worn which is no longer resalable and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded for. You must also mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and send it to the following address: Vestingstraat 59, 2018 Antwerpen, BELGIUM
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received the items you have returned, we will refund the full amount of goods within 30 days. Please note this will be subject to our terms & conditions which you can read here.
Can you arrange a collection?
Unfortunately, we do not offer collection service. Sender is liable for all returns cost.

You can order from almost anywhere in the world as we deliver to over 223 countries, however, you are liable for all import & custom duties as well as any other additional costs that may be incurred in line with your national laws
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Thereafter, you can track your order via bpost for deliveries within the Belgium and via Fedex for or bpost all international Deliveries.
How do I cancel/change an order already placed?
If you find you have to cancel, change or re-direct an order, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible. However, we are unable to cancel, change or re-direct any orders once they have been dispatched. You can then request a Returns ID once you have received the order and it back to us. What happens if I miss the delivery/am not home?
Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. If delivery is impossible on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and costs which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.

All our silver jewellery over 7.78grams, gold jewellery over 1gram and platinum jewellery over 0.5 grams are Hallmarked by the Assay Office in Belgium (Antwerpen).
